Okay so these absolutely work I started using them had my hair cut and colored on day one and then uploaded a photo collage to document my 1st 90 days. I have since stopped using them regularly not because of any side effect but because I have other things to divert my money to at this time but it’s an amazing product and I didn’t even use the rest of the product line, I am sure if I had my results would have been even better.
