It’s been a month & 1/2 since I’ve been on HF. 03/02/13 I went to the salon & took out my sew-ins.. Excited! Did a length check & my hair grew estimated 2in. Laid on my collar bone. Unfortunately.. Before then my hair had lots of split ends & thin. So I cut the dead ends off & now I’m continuing my HF journey with THICKER & HEALTHIER hair! My goal is BSL! I might have 10in left.. Next update will be in 2 months. xoxo
